We currently offer standard ground shipping and expedited services on all applicable orders for purchase at checkout to US locations.
Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses that were provided at the time of checkout and are unable to adjust once shipped.
Please reach out to The Three Boomsticks through the Contact Us page for direct inquiry regarding international orders. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and are solely the responsibility of the buyer (you). Please familiarize yourself with your local import tariffs and taxes before placing an order as we have no involvement or control over this process outside of the US.
We process and ship orders during business days Monday – Friday, excluding Holiday closures.
We typically process orders within 24 hours of receipt and provide tracking along with shipment confirmation; however, orders can take up to 3-5 days processing time.
If you have placed an order for in-stock items only and have not received a shipment confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us and we can provide you with an update.
Orders only ship once complete, so please be mindful when placing an order that contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold in-stock items until all pre-order items are available. Once available, we will send your full order in a single consolidated shipment and provide you with an updated order status and tracking details.

Damaged / Lost Items:
Damaged or lost items are the responsibility of the carrier. Any claim for a lost or damaged shipment must go through the carrier (USPS, UPS) as they have the final decision on whether a claim will be granted. If a package is lost or shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must initiate an investigation with the carrier prior to contacting us. We will only be able to issue a replacement (or refund if a replacement is no longer available) if the carrier grants a claim. If your package arrives to you with noticeable damage to the outer shipping box, you must document the condition of the package and unboxing of the item to prove that it was damaged in transit. If you do not document this, the carrier will not issue a claim and subsequently The Three Boomsticks cannot offer a resolution to the situation.
Though we understand these things happen, we do need to adhere to third-party (the carriers’) policies. Should you need assistance with a claim, please contact us at any time and we will help as best as we can to work through the claims process together.
Pre-Order delivery estimates are provided by the manufacturer and can be subject to delays for a variety of reasons including (but not limited to) licensing issues, manufacturing delays, and quality control. While we will do our best to communicate any significant delays and deviations, we are ultimately at the mercy of the manufacturers with regard to when we will receive a pre-order item. Under no circumstances do we “hold” pre-order items once we have received them. Once we receive any and all pre-order items you have ordered, it will be on its way to you within the normal processing and handling period. If at any point you would like to check on the status of a pre-order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please contact us in the event that you have placed and order for a mixture of in-stock and pre-order items and need to receive in-stock items sooner. We are happy to assist; however, please be aware that shipping will need to be recalculated and there will likely be a difference in your overall shipping cost. ***
