Fraud Policy


Due to an increase in attempted fraudulent shipping claims and credit card/wire fraud it is our policy to do our due diligence with any claims of lost or stolen orders as well as any financial crimes. This includes reporting all fraudulent transactions and claims to local and federal law enforcement and cooperating fully with their investigations.  

Suspected fraudulent transactions will be immediately cancelled and reported to law enforcement.  

In the event that your parcel is lost or stolen you must open a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) immediately prior to contacting The Three Boomsticks. We are only able to issue a replacement (or refund if a replacement is no longer available) for any lost or stolen merchandise if the carrier grants a claim. It is at the discretion of the carrier to request that the receiver (you) notifies local law enforcement to retrieve a completed police report in order to move any claim of theft forward.  

Though we understand these things happen, we do need to adhere to third-party (the carriers’) policies. Should you need assistance with a claim, please contact us at any time and we will help as best as we can to work through the claims process together.
